Definitions
“StudentsHub” represents the site www.studentshub.eu registered in Ireland. “Student” represents any person, natural or legal, customer of StudentsHub and wishing to use the services of StudentsHub or who currently uses them.
Purpose
StudentsHub is an online service which connects "Students", individuals, natural or legal persons, wishing to register for courses, pedagogical or educational training offered by foreign universities. StudentsHub facilitates the registration process for these universities by making its technological registration platform available on the internet. These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by StudentsHub and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person (the Student) wishing to make a purchase via the StudentsHub website and wishing to use the services of StudentsHub or who currently uses them. They aim to define the contractual relationship between StudentsHub and the student, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the StudentsHub merchant site, whether the student is professional or private. The acquisition of a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the student of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over all other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by StudentsHub. StudentsHub reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the student.
Characteristics of the services offered
StudentsHub sells its services as an intermediary between a student and foreign universities (headquartered outside France) offering paid access to degree courses, courses and training, pedagogical and / or educational. As such, StudentsHub invoices the student for its services only for the privileged registration at these partner universities for a reduced price, the processing of the course registration process and the administrative follow-up of the student, once it has been completed. enrolled in courses, on behalf of the university. StudentsHub considers as a foreign university any higher education establishment, private or public, legally domiciled outside French territory, delivering a diploma recognized by the competent authorities in its country of origin. StudentsHub services are offered within the limit of available registrations, allocated by partner universities.
Online purchasing methods (order) - Deadline
For any purchase of StudentsHub services online, the studentmust:
• select the courses he wishes to take
• receive an email from StudentsHub to complete the onlieform
• pay the amount of the 'registration calculated by StudentsHub
The order will be registered and validated once the studenthas paid the total amount of registration fees. The validation of the order by thepayment of these registration fees implies acceptance of these conditions ofsale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of itsown conditions of purchase or other conditions. All of the data provided andthe recorded validation will constitute proof of the transaction. Thevalidation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carriedout. The student's registration for the courses will be effective within amaximum of 7 working days from the date of the start of execution of the StudentsHubservice. In the event that paper documents relating to the student'sregistration for the course should be sent to him, StudentsHub undertakes tosend them to him by delivery as soon as possible. Deliveries are made to the addressindicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.There may be delivery delays
Payment terms
The student will have to pay the total amount (including VAT) of his order at the time of validation of this one and in a single payment. Course registration will not be effective until the total amount of the order has been paid. The payment of an order is made via the secure Paypal or Stripe system:
• either by bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other credit cards
• or directly via the Paypal account of the student or the person paying the order for him
Security
Any payment made on the StudentsHub site is subject to the security standards of the payment platform used by StudentsHub (Paypal or Stripe). Thus, all sensitive data related to means of payment will be protected by this system and not by StudentsHub.
Rates
The prices appearing on this website are prices includingall taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of theorder; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the services. StudentsHubreserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood,however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will bethe only one applicable to the student. The prices indicated include the costsof order processing and electronic sending of documents relating to courseregistrations. Any modification (correction of dates, name of the tutor,address, etc. incorrect) of the internship agreement subsequent to thevalidation of the StudentsHub registration online (the confirmation email asproof) will result in the issue of an amendment to the internship agreement orthe edition of a new internship agreement, which constitutes an additionaldocument. Any premature interruption of the internship (with proof of a CDD orCDI, or by mutual agreement with the company) will necessarily result in theissuance of an amendment, which constitutes an additional document. Any requestto send (electronic only) an additional document (other than the registrationcertificate, the student card and the initial internship agreement) will resultin an administrative fee of € 50 per document provided that this document canbe issued by StudentsHub or its partner universities. Any request for signatureof a document provided by a third party organization to partner universitiesmay result in administrative costs increased by 130 € (subject to prioracceptance by the university). Any request for the physical sending ofdocuments will result in an administrative fee of 25 €. In all cases, StudentsHub incurs a minimum irreducible fee of 200 € (variable value depending on thetraining and the partner university in question) corresponding to theuniversity registration fees incurred, to the costs generated by the use ofPaypal (or Stripe) as an invoicing / reimbursement system as well as forprocessing fees.
Right of withdrawal
With reference to point 1 of article L121-20-2 of the consumer code and point 1 of article L121-21-8 of the consumer code :"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts: For the provision of services the performance of which has begun, with the consent of the consumer, before the end of the period of fourteen clear days . "and" The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts […] for the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after the express prior consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal "Thus, in the event that the student accepts, at the time of validating his order, that StudentsHub begins the execution of its provision of services immediately after validation of the order, the student understands that he does not have a right of withdrawal and that no right of withdrawal exists and cannot be exercised, in accordance with the consumer code cited above. In the event that the student requests, at the time of validating his order, that StudentsHub begin the execution of its provision of services 14 clear days after validation of the order, the student has a right of withdrawal , in accordance with the code of consumption cited above. The student then benefits from a period of 14 clear days after the validation of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of return, costs of university registration incurred by StudentsHub and costs generated by the use of Paypal (or Stripe) as a billing and reimbursement system. Liability

Intellectual property
All elements of the StudentsHub.eu site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of StudentsHub. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of StudentsHub.
Personal data
In accordance with the law relating to computers, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to students may be subject to automated processing. StudentsHub reserves the right to collect information on students including by using cookies, and, if desired, to transmit the collected information to business partners. Students may object to the disclosure of their contact details by notifying StudentsHub. Likewise, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978
Archiving - Proof
StudentsHub will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized registers of StudentsHub will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Settlement of disputes
These conditions of online sale are subject to the law of Ireland. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of Ireland notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims. The user acknowledges having read these general conditions of use and expressly declares to have accepted them. StudentsHub informs that it can modify at any time these general conditions of use which will be taxable to it when they are put online. It is therefore up to the user to stay informed of the new provisions. Each new use of the services constitutes acceptance of the latest general conditions in force. Use of the StudentsHub site or the services offered on StudentsHub implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use by users
